ENCANT is a radical multi-disciplinary ARTS Festival that discusses EQUALITY and DIVERSITY through a series of festival events leading up to a major festival in the summer of 2014 in GLASGOW, Scotland.
The festival aims to PRESENT and CELEBRATE diversity and equality, or a lack thereof, across the board exploring RACE, SEXUALITY, ethnic backgrounds DISABILITY and religion through PAINT, PHOTOGRAPHY, INSTALLATION, PERFORMANCE, MUSIC, film, POETRY, DANCE and public SPEAKING.
ENCANT will FUSE ACADEMICS with EXPRESSION, the CLASSICAL with the contemporary, the TABOO with the traditional, and my OPINIONS with yours as we discuss, EXPLORE and celebrate the DIVERSITY WE LIVE AMONGST AND that lives WITHIN us.
